Should your company go agile?

On Wednesday night we were hosted by SUGSA Jhb (thanks to sponsors Entelect and Discovery) to give a talk on “Should your company go agile?” Personally, it was a very freeing talk for me. We got to be frank and honest with a room full of people. Hopefully we made them really think about what this means and how it will affect them. All of our facts were taken from recent surveys (referenced in the slide deck), we then told stories about where we failed  and what we learned, and then what we have had success with.
