3. Do all the test tasks first?
Hey Jason,
I think you’re asking how? If a team changes how they think about testing it is 100% possible to do all the test tasks before doing development tasks. Its meant to sound controversial so that people go “What? No way. Impossible.” And then they wonder about it. Is it possible? It must be if someone states that. So how is it possible? I can’t explain all of that (it takes a workshop and a lightbulb moment).
