These are the workshop we currently have available.

Are these workshops for me?

Our Ready-to-use workshop guides are created for anyone with facilitation experience but who doesn’t have the time to research and prepare an expert workshop on a particular topic.

You don’t need to be an expert facilitator to run these sessions, but it is helpful if you have a basic understanding of the role of a facilitator. We include our expert tips from years of facilitation experience, so you might find these tips will help you level up your facilitation ability.

Our workshops are design as remote-first workshops so are ideal if you work with remotely. However we include suggestions to modify the workshop for in person delivery if prefer to run your workshop in person.

Our workshops are designed to be run with teams of people who work together, as we find teams that are trained together are more likely to adopt behaviour changes.

Each Ready-To-Use Workshop includes the following:

• Preparation checklist to use before the workshop, to ensure you are ready to run the workshop

• Beautiful Mural and Miro boards designed specifically for the workshop
• Email templates to send to participants before and after the workshop
• Tips for how to convert the workshop to an in person workshop with alternative activities.
• Suggestions for how to modify the duration if required
• Tips to scale the workshop to larger groups
• Ideas for followup workshop topics
