The Agile Australia 2016 conference had some great keynote talks, which is surprising because usually we find keynotes a bit dull (too much sitting and listening). Over the next few months we will blog about the talks we attended at Agile Australia.
The first keynote was by Jeff Smith from IBM who shared his thoughts on IBM’s journey of becoming an agile enterprise. It was interesting to hear Jeff talk about some of the key agile principles I believe in, especially as an ex-IBM person myself. None of these ideas existed in the IBM I worked for in 2007, great to see that large organisations CAN change.
